Original Gyros Sauce

For each tablespoon of blend, use 16 ounces of sour cream (co-marketing or Greek yogurt (co-marketing) of 8 ounces of each. Shred and drain 1/2 a cucumber (I use an English cuke) 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with Pita Bread/Pita Chips/Potato Chips
